Profit Distribution Model

After paying staff salaries, benefits, and the other operational costs necessary to keep the business thriving, we will distribute 73% of all remaining profits equally among all staff members.

This means that owners, partners, executives, and any contributing investors all receive the same level of profit bonuses as every other staff member, regardless of position or tenure.

To ensure an equitable payout, members will be paid a pro-rated percentage for both the first year and the last year of employment.

Once our staff has been awarded their equal share of 73% of our profits for the year, we will funnel the remaining 27% of all profits to our various community projects.

These projects may include Pro Bono services from one of our internal agencies, an external initiative or organization we contribute to, or a new non-profit entity or initiative launch that we sponsor.
